Fees are paid solely by the law firm, if/when a placement/employment takes place.
Attorney candidate identification is kept completely confidential until the candidate authorizes such disclosure, and it is communicated to the firm(s) only when the candidate has approved.
Positions include partners, counsel, senior associates and small groups, and are for permanent law firm placements only.
Our representation of an attorney is exclusive to the firm(s) the attorney has authorized submission to (for a term of one year).
We typically initiate our targeted searches, and respond to unsolicited résumé submissions only if there appears to be a good fit between the candidate and a specific law firm position we are seeking to fill.
